PRA Rentals USA is a car rental company headquartered at 330 E Central Blvd, Orlando, FL 32801. This policy describes how we collect, use and protect your personal data when you use our website www.pra.rentals.

We only collect data you voluntarily provide through our coupon capture form: full name, email, phone (WhatsApp) and, optionally, date of birth. We do not collect card data, passport or driver's license through the website — those are handled directly with our agent on WhatsApp.

We process your data based on the free, informed and unambiguous consent you provide by checking the consent box in the form, as per art. 7(I) and art. 8 of LGPD (Brazilian Law 13.709/2018). For EU users, the legal basis is art. 6(1)(a) of GDPR.

We share your data only with vendors that enable our operations: marketing automation (Make.com), spreadsheet provider (Google Sheets) and WhatsApp Business. We do not sell data to third parties.

We retain your data for as long as necessary to fulfill the described purposes — typically up to 24 months after the last contact. After this period, data is anonymized or deleted.

You may, at any time, request access, correction, anonymization, blocking or deletion of your data, as well as revoke consent. To exercise these rights, write to contact@pra.rentals.

We use localStorage only to remember your language preference and avoid re-displaying the coupon pop-up. We do not use third-party tracking or advertising cookies.

We apply reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss or alteration. No system is 100% immune, but we work to keep them safe.
